Steven Matthews has led technology and strategy at the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying since 2004. He joined as a systems analyst and is now its Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, responsible for IT operations and the software teams that serve 69 state licensing boards.
Sabal Marketing LLC is his independent venture, run in his own time from Greenville, South Carolina, where he builds GiftHint.

GiftHint is a gifting product built for follow-through. It helps people remember the people they care about, keep track of gift ideas as they come up, and act on them when the moment arrives. It runs on the web at gifthint.co and as a complementary iPhone application focused on reminders, gift memory, and quiet, year-round thoughtfulness.
